An evening that will include many arias and moments from many operas, where the music describes fiendish and dastardly plots and schemes, shocking discoveries, ghastly, ghoulish and tragic deaths, together with joyous moments when all is revealed but often not for the better!

Three stellar soloists, the most exciting orchestra in the south and one of the most charismatic conductors will combine to bring you an unforgettable evening of wonderful music from the opera stage.

The narration for this concert, as ever, is written and delivered by someone who has forgotten more about opera than many will ever know - the charismatic and supremely talented Paul Carr - his words will take us on a journey, full of intrigue, suspicion and revelation and is not to be missed!!  

This concert is one of the most anticipated in the calendar for the Festival, early booking and arrival at the venue is recommended!
